60th Ptld-Sapporo Sister City Trip

Portland contingent visited Sapporo, Japan to celebrate the 60th year of PSSCA. Royal Rosarians offered a ceremonial rose planting to Sapporo's Mayor Katsuhiro Akimoto. A large Sapporo contingent also attended the 2019 Portland Rose Festival.
